Summer Workshop I - July 18-21, 2020

Service Description

Understanding the opportunities and demands of the acrylic medium is the primary focus of this workshop. Jed will emphasize color, composition, atmosphere, and how to paint beautiful light as well as how to approach painting with freedom to discover your individual voice. Each day will include instruction, demonstration, and plenty of time to paint with Jed providing individual feedback. The workshop will be held at a historic farm property that overlooks fields, mountains, and the waters of the Puget Sound from the north end of Camano Island. There will also be an optional plein air painting day on Friday, July 22nd. This will not include instruction, but will be a fun morning of painting together followed by lunch at a restaurant. All levels of artists will benefit from this workshop, but some experience painting in acrylics is recommended. A detailed supply list and location details will be emailed to you upon registration. Cancellation Policy: If you cannot attend this workshop, our cancellation policy is a 90% refund up to and including 14 days before the class. No refunds for cancellations 13 days or less prior to class.
